Bildspec acoustic folding doors were installed at Essential Energy’s Port Macquarie Head Office to enable flexible use of their meeting spaces. Essential Energy manages the poles and wires that deliver electricity to 95 per cent of New South Wales and parts of southern Queensland.

Bildspec’s moveable acoustic office partition walls were installed between the main lunch room and main meeting room. The operable office partitions allow the meeting room to be increased in size at will to create a larger space for larger meetings, social events or staff training. Acoustic control can also be maintained, allowing the space to be used concurrently with other adjacent meeting rooms.

Bildspec installed an Rw49 rated 8-panel folding door, which included an expandable panel and a pass door. Clad in Woven Image Mura Quattro, the office partition wall is visually striking, which complements the dynamic culture of Essential Energy.

The Bildspec Series 100 centre stacking operable office partitions with fixed top seals and retractable bottom seals were installed on behalf of the builder, Hunter Mason, an established head contractor specialising in commercial workspaces.
